Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the refund of the sign-up fee associated with the Referral Agreement executed with Maisonlink. This Policy is valid for a period of sixty (90 to120) days from the date of execution of the Referral Agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds of the sign-up fee may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to Provide Leads: If Maisonlink fails to deliver any referral leads to the agent or broker as agreed upon in the Referral Agreement.
  2. Non-Exclusive Leads: If any lead provided by Maisonlink is determined to be non-exclusive and has also been shared with other agents or brokers within Maisonlink’s network.
  3. Lack of Business Intent: If a referred lead exhibits no intention or willingness to engage in realm estate transactions within nine (9) months from the date of assignment.
  4. Pre-Existing Engagement: If a lead assigned by Maisonlink is already under a contractual agreement with the agent or broker at the time of assignment.
  5. Non-Responsive Leads: If a lead remains entirely unresponsive for a continuous period of ten (10) business days despite reasonable outreach efforts.
  6. Out-of-Area Leads: If an agent or broker accepts leads from ZIP codes or locations outside of their preferred service area, those leads will count toward their monthly allocation and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Procedure

  1. For claims under Section a above (Failure to Provide Leads), the agent or broker must first issue a formal reminder to Maisonlink requesting fulfillment of the agreed leads. If Maisonlink does not deliver the lead(s) within thirty (30) days of receiving the reminder, the agent or broker may submit a refund request.
  2. For claims under Sections b through e, the agent or broker must promptly notify Maisonlink, providing relevant evidence and requesting a lead replacement. If Maisonlink fails to replace the lead(s) within thirty (30) days of the report, the agent or broker becomes eligible to request a refund of the sign-up fee.

Timely Reporting Requirement

To maintain eligibility for refund or replacement, the agent or broker must report any issues concerning the lead(s) within forty-eight (48) hours of accepting the referral. Failure to report within this timeframe will constitute acceptance of the lead(s) as valid and satisfactory, and will forfeit eligibility for a refund or replacement.

This Refund Policy is effective as of the date indicated and supersedes all prior versions. By entering into the Referral Agreement with Maisonlink, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined herein.
